Oh my goodness, this weekend was SO great! We harvested the Muscat, Cabernet Franc, and the Traminette, and put the juice and grapa in carboys and 20 gallon silicon buckets! Here is a step-by-step picture process! That's all the good photos I have (See? Bad photographer!), but, then, we put the juice into the carboys, and add yeast so we can start fermenting to make it alcoholic! This might ruin wine and beer for you, but its alcoholic because the yeast activate in the wine-to-be and eat the sugar and poop out alcohol! Sorry. Thank you so much!

Hi! I'm Saige, and I enjoy Marvel and DC movies, family comedy and action movies, books, and I love writing! and my father Giuseppe is an award-winning winemaker. He grows our grapes, as well as purchases them from other local vineyards. Although I'm not old enough to drink, I enjoy assisting my dad with his wine, from planting the vine, to bottling the wine! I will hopefully be able to share with y'all our day-to-day story. Thank you so much! Archives
